Dress - Market
Plimsoles - Primark
Sunday was said to be the hottest day of the year and my gosh, I believed it this time! So hot and hardly any wind, there was no need for cover-ups, or tights even! It really felt like summer, and it made me feel a lot more excited about my two weeks holiday starting as of Friday 6pm!
I saw this pretty dress in the market a few weeks back, and I hadn't been to the local market for a long time. There is a really good stall that does dresses of all sorts for £5 and I always have to get something when I go buy because they get the prettiest dresses, which is where I picked this one up from. It's not something I'd normally go for because it's prominently a white dress... and though it has the florals, I don't do very well with keeping myself out of a mess! But I still loved it, wanted it and thought it would be a pretty holiday dress. There was no other option but to wear a summer dress like this yesterday, the weather was too perfect. It was definitely a dresses day. I paired this dress finally with plimsoles for a casual Sunday look since I was driving and off shopping too, so I felt a little Lily Allen as well as lovely and summery! And imagine... This whole outfit cost me £9...!
What did you wear in the sun yesterday!?
